In addition to the Montessori teaching practice, we provide weekly music and French sessions. A nature walk is taken on Friday mornings and opportunities are provided for your child to garden and take part in physical activities, such as sport, drama and movement each week. Cookery sessions are provided several times a term as part of our weekly craft activities,

Every term we have a set project - for example, 'People who help us'. Outings and visitors can be used to reinforce these, eg visits by the Fire Brigade, Police and a Nurse.

To give your child an understanding of the world around him/her, we look at different cultures and celebrate festivles, eg Chinese New Year.

Annual activities include nativity, sports day and a summer outing.
